ship on weekends or holidays when the post office and UPS are

name preprinted & are subject to a $30 service fee for NSF
funds. No temporary or starter checks, please. Your
order is selected, packaged & saved while we wait for your
payment to arrive and your check to clear. Once approved
we'll ship immediately. Money Orders preferred.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
POLICY Orders are processed in the order they are
received, then shipped out as quickly as possible usually within
48 hours, but during the busy bridal season (March thru August),
please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your shipping
there is NO WEEKEND SHIPPING. If you need a Saturday rush
delivery, please inquire. Domestic
US mainland orders shipped US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL
STARTING AT *$10.50. US EXPRESS service
available (typically $30). We ship via US Postal Service (Priority
Mail) to Military APO/FPO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Hawaii
or US Virgin Islands. For 2013, we have stopped
using UPS due to their rising rates and add on fuel surcharges.
OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERS
We will always let you know availability of an item should it be
on back order, out of stock or discontinue, giving you the option
of changing your order.
We only accept payment through confirmed PayPal accounts - we
do not accept direct credit card payment. Want to track your order?
We ship to you via United States Postal Global Express Mail OR
UPS Expedited Courier Service - all costs to be determined once
we receive your order.
You are responsible for any customs duty fees. These two methods
offer you the most visibility tracking of your package.
All international orders must be prepaid using a PayPal
Due to the increase of overseas
internet fraud we exercise extreme caution. WE WILL ONLY
ship overseas if the order goes to the same person that it is
billed to. Meaning, if you live abroad and your billing
and shipping address are identical. Ways
around this - you order here in the USA and we send it to you.
You take care of sending overseas, or we will be glad to issue
your recipient an online or mail order Gift Certificate.
Military Orders are welcome, and we will ship products to APO/FPO
destinations. Thank you for serving our country and our country's
borders! We do appreciate you! Wholesale prepaid orders also can
receive products. Any customs or duty fees - you the purchaser
- are responsible for.
