Our Return Policy

RETURNING YOUR ORDER If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please EMAIL us WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Your return must be POSTMARKED within TWO WEEKS of obtaining your RA # from us, or we will keep it in our possession and you will receive NO credit. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your return and issue your credit, and allow up to 2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Shipping is nonrefundable. Bridal gowns & Caribbean Bridal Wraps™ will be assessed a 10% restock fee. Items must be in NEW condition, HANG TAGS attached.

PLACING YOUR ORDER We are not responsible for packages left that may turn up missing or misplaced. Consider having your order delivered to your office or be sure to see the signature waiver on the order form. We are NOT responsible for package safety.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely at it's destination.  Please take the following steps when your order is delivered ....

INSPECT your package.  If any items are damaged or missing, contact us immediately or we cannot process your claim. DO NOT REMOVE HANG TAGS in case

you decide to return your order.  Please do NOT try anything on while wearing any fragrance, perfume, or lotions.

PRODUCT DEFECTS We strive for NONE, but occasionally one falls through the cracks.  Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you (once we receive your original item back), but shipping is on us this time!

SALES OR DISCOUNT ITEMS Sorry, NO refunds or returns accepted for items marked down as "Reduced, Sale, Discounted, Clearance or Close-Out."

CUSTOM ORDERS  No returns accepted for custom orders which involved tinting of parasols, silk flowers; alterations or seamstress fees for apparel and the bridal collection which were made to order specifically to your measurements.

We reserve the right to examine all returns & if an item has been worn, or it is returned stained or soiled. We try to represent each and every image accurately and truly. What you view on your monitor depends on the quality and resolution of your system.


With your order, please send back the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM filled out. You can hold onto your other paperwork, or send it back if you'd like.
