Wholesale Terms of Sale

Ordering      Minimum opening order is $300 and $150 for reorders -- basic sarongs, wraps & jewelry - at least 12 pieces of each style collection required (for instance, 12 from jewelry, 12 from sarongs etc).  **The Caribbean Bridal Collection is excluded from above, and has a $500 / 6 piece per style minimum. If you prefer not to order online, you may order by telephone, fax or email (non-secure).  All available merchandise is typically shipped within 48 hours – large orders may require additional time to process and package.

Prices  Suggested retail internet prices are found throughout our website.  We do not have a Wholesale Price list -  all wholesale orders are worked up on a case by case basis once we have your Resale Tax Certificate in our files. All prices are subject to change without notice. 

Terms   All orders are shipped out by prepaid funds in US$ by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Certified Funds or Company Check (allowing 10 days to clear). $25 charge for NSF returned checks. Sorry, at this time, we do not extend monthly credit, net terms or COD. 

Samples           We make every effort to assure our customer’s 100% satisfaction, however, we do not send samples and do not stock fabric swatches. We suggest you order small selection at regular Internet retail price prior to placing a bulk order.

Backorders    Any items not available for immediate delivery can be placed on backorder, and we will discuss this with you at the time of your order.  This includes accessories and jewelry that is custom made.

Receiving Your Order       Every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely at its destination. Please take the following steps when your order is delivered. Upon receipt, examine all cartons, if there is any damage or any missing items or shortage, contact us immediately or within 36 hours.

Shipping  Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS.  UPS provides many service options, including a tracking system. We can also use your preferred shipping service and account number.  We use US Priority Mail or Global Priority mail for orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, US Territories - US Express Mail for International.  We are not responsible for USPS lost packages.  Customer pays any and all end fee of customs, duty, or tariff.

Order for Pickup  Local customers within our Hampton Roads - Virginia Beach area, may pick up their orders by making an appointment (saving shipping fees). We also offer delivery to your location for just $6.50.

Returns may be made within 10 business days of delivery.  Unless it is our error, shipping charges are non-reimbursable. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning merchandise.  Please allow up to 30 days for account credit or your next monthly billing statement.  A 3% restocking fee will be applicable to return Bridal merchandise.

Brochures/Catalog     All items shown on our web site are true representations in size and color. However, these are digital photos, and what you view may depend on your monitor settings and screen resolution. As new items arrive, we update the web site weekly, sometimes daily. The site is designed to print on your letter size paper so that you may make your own catalog pages,
