When you order from us,
please note that we do not collect cookies, force you to log
into an account, or store your private financial information
anywhere on our computers! We must log into a password
protected division of the shopping cart to access your

What payment methods do we accept?
We
accept VISA, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover, PayPal, check or money order.

Payment by Check or Money
Order Make
payable to Caribbean Wraps International, and mail to us at 1228
Orkney Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Checks must have your
name preprinted & are subject to a $30 service fee for NSF
funds. No temporary or starter checks, please. Your
order is selected, packaged & saved while we wait for your
payment to arrive and your check to clear. Once approved
we'll ship immediately. Money Orders preferred.

Sales tax - When ordering online, if you are a Virginia Resident
we collect a Five (5%) percent sales tax. If you are not a VA
resident, local sales tax does not apply to you.

Once you place your order
online, you will receive a confirmation email
from showing your order less the shipping cost,
which must be calculated manually by one of us based
on your zip code location and the total weight of the package(s).

Time to Process & Ship Your Order
Orders are processed and shipped out within one
week of receiving your order with the exception of
jewelry or sarongs that are made to order.
Please allow (at MOST) 2-4 weeks for all beaded
jewelry and sarongs/sets that are made to order. We don't charge your credit card
until your order has been processed and is ready to
ship, unless a deposit is required for a backordered
item or something that must be custom made.
**We are closed on federal holidays,
as UPS and the post office are closed as well, and
no orders can be shipped out. We still monitor all
emails that come in, and sometimes respond if we
can.

Shipping Carriers and Base Shipping Cost
- We ship all orders
via UPS Ground unless express UPS shipping is
requested. Orders shipped to US Military addresses,
HI, AK and any other US territories are shipped via
USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, packages take one
full week to reach the West coast. Shipping is
generally around $9.50 that covers up to 4 - however, depending on your
actual zone and weight,
your shipping rate may decrease OR increase.
If you provided a valid email address, you will
automatically receive a tracking number from UPS'
Quantum View Notify once your order ships. If
you need a Saturday rush UPS delivery, please
inquire.

- Yes, we do ship internationally. All
international orders must have the same
billing & shipping address, and are shipped via USPS
Express International Mail. ALL International
orders must use PayPal for payment through

customs value duty tax on your package upon

Sizing - Our
sarongs
are not sized unless noted. Most are free sizing, fits from petite
to plus size 18 - if you are over a size 18 we
may be able to customize your sarong. You'd be
surprised what we can do for you! You control your
sarong, wrapping as high or low as you want, showing
off or covering up your mid-section! No
buttons, no zippers, no elastic on our sarongs!

Alterations - Can we? do we?
When asked, we can take a full size wrap and make a
bust wrap or triangle scarf top, make a super stole
(115 inches) or perhaps shorten - $15.00 seamstress
fee applies, not including the price of the wrap
itself. We do not do regular dress alterations.

Backorders
- If
order something is sold out or on backorder, we will
contact you. If
you are waiting for a particular wrap to come in and
want to place an order for it,
50% is required then you pay the balance at time
of shipping.

Do you have a paper catalog?
No,
Our online
catalog is most current and up-to-date - and
designed to print on your letter size paper (most
pages)
allowing you to print just the pages of the
designs you are interested in. We do not have
a paper catalog to send out.

Layaways - A 3
month layaway plan is available. You can place your order
today with a 1/3 deposit and we will pull your items from inventory
while you make your final two payments - You can pay as much
or as little as you like, as is convenient for you.
When all is paid, your order will be on its way! If
interested in layaway, please contact us to set this
up.
