Tracking Your Order

When can you track your order?

It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

That means even though your package has already shipped from and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Finding Your Order Status

• Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship out, or longer if you are getting something custom made. Beaded jewelry, some sarong pins & hair accessories are custom made for you. Please allow time for these items to be made for your order.
• Check the website to see if you ordered something special or custom made. For example, the White Silk bridal set takes up to TWO (2) weeks for sewing + ship time to your location. This is our most popular bridal set, and can me made according to your height and general body size so that the outfit fits you better.
• Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during checkout; you will receive an e-mail at the provided email address when your order is received and when it ships out. The second email is from UPS' Quantum View Notify, which will include your UPS Tracking Number. If your order did not ship via UPS (i.e. USPS), you will receive a manual email from us with your tracking number, if there is one.
